Tranquility Bay will be a middle range destination resort offering a full service destination with unique features (See location Link) the company owns the land on the beach of Punta Bacuag Surigao Del Norte, Asia.
Target market will be the middle to higher income travelers from various countries including the U.S. on vacation and want to choose a quieter site with all the amenities of destination resorts. This location will feature favorable climates year round, hundreds of Islands and white sand beaches to visit from the unique jump of destination, etc.
We will provide ultimate services to our clients similar to those provided by high end resorts. The resort will be the first destination in the Philippines to be accessible with only a thirty minute cross land drive to the resort itself from a domestic airport, this makes the resort unique in itself due to its accessibility and excellent strategically located destinations.
The company has isolated a destination that not only offers accessibility but also access to hundreds of white sand beaches with the comfort and facilities of a high end resort at affordable cost. Transportation to our resort is by jet plane into at present a domestic airport (one hour flight from Manila) and thirty minutes by land (Private transportation) to the destination.
The facilities at the resort will include a future golf club, Marina and other hotels and board walk facilities thus increasing the initial property values potentially enormously for those investing in the ownership of a condominium on the 1st phase of the project. The project will be done in 3 phase of completion over the next six years with the end result of having a destination resorts of a world class standard, this can only be achieved in a new an exciting rural destination master planned and controlled by one company.
